Our policies are not negotiable.

1. Deposit equal to the amount of one months rent
placed at lease signing

    2. One Year Lease required. No Short term leases.

    3. An acceptable, qualifying, current landlord reference
where applicant will have completed at least a one year written lease prior to renting from us. We will not rent to anyone who does not meet this requirement.

    4. No Dogs/No Rodent pets are allowed. Cats allowed with a $100 nonrefundable Cat Fee.

    5. In order to extend courtesy to our current tenants we schedule appointments 24 hours in advance of the showing. We do not rent our apartments sight unseen. If you are coming from out of town please call us in advance for appointment.
